I noticed my site was getting hammered with comment spam attempts over the past two days. To ease participation and interactivity, I have comments open to anyone who cares to leave a comment (not that it happens often). To prevent waves of spam I use the Mollom module, and it works absolutely great.

While I loved Drupal at first sight - what's not to like about its clean design and powerful options? -, I definitely and permamnently got hooked at DrupalCamp LA 2008 thanks to the cool vibe and amazing energy among the 450+ participants and the great reception of my presentation. It also started my active involvement in the Drupal community, and so it is a foregone conclusion that I will go again this year. I will be presenting a revised version of Image Handling with ImageField and ImageCache - Regain Sanity and Control.
